Get Buzzy operates as a hybrid organization offering nonprofit community resources alongside paid subscriptions, events, and services that support our mission. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Donations
→ All donations are final and non-refundable.

2. Monthly Subscriptions
 → Cancellations take effect at end of billing cycle. No refunds.

3. Yearly Subscriptions 
→ Non-refundable once billing period begins.

4. Events 
→ Full refund if canceled 72 hours prior. None after.

5. Services
 → Refund only if service not started.

6. Billing Errors
 → Contact within 7 days.

7. Requests
→ Email Get Buzzy with details.

→ Policy may change.
